What artwork purchased by returned and exchanged?

The sale of any piece of artwork is final. 

I attempt to photograph each piece of work to capture it’s true color and representation, but realize the colors may vary from screen to screen and personal viewing. Please take the time to read my listing descriptions carefully, and check colors on different screens if color variation is a concern. 

All sales are final. If you have any concerns, please CONTACT me directly.

What happens if artwork is lost or damaged during shipping?

Once an order is placed, please cross-check the address stated on the confirmation email. Please CONTACT me directly, if the address is incorrect, so I can have the right address to ship out your artwork.

I handle each package with care and use quality packaging materials to protect the artwork during the shipping process.

Therefore, I am not liable for failed delivery, incorrect addresses, or mishandling by the shipping service. If you are concerned that the package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping service directly using the tracking number sent in the shipping notice email. If you would like to purchase additional shipping insurance, that can be arranged prior to shipping the artwork out. Please CONTACT me directly.

Original artwork purchased by a collector may not be reproduced or resold for profit without my written consent. I retain the rights to all images and artwork found on my website.
